Public V.051 Update

Thanks to everyone's feedback I was able to find some bugs and make some changes.

So I've been hearing that the ability Victory Heal was underwhelming. I've changed the ability to Victory Cry and it now has 3 effects.

1. It heals a small amount of willpower
2. It recovers all of your stamina.
3. It gives you extra bits

The activation condition is still the same as well.

I've fixed the runaway bits bug, and a few other bugs caused by running away.

And the biggy

There's now an item limit. Items are quite powerful since you can use them along with skills. I originally planned on adding an item limit but originally had the limit quite high. With items, people aren't really engaging the combat as they should because the crutch of the resources will save them.

I have also further lowered the volume of Rouge's overheat. Thanks to all the fans who've been interacting. It really makes me proud knowing that you guys are willing to engage with the game so deeply. Thank you very much.
